But for most people waking up early in the morning isn't easy, especially when it still dark. But their are some benefits of waking up early so it can motivate you to wake up early.

 Benefits of waking up early.

  • You get more time than other.

When you start waking up early, you get more time than other who are sleeping. For example:- If you started waking up 2 hours early than you get 2 hours extra time a day. If you continue it for 31 days then 31days x 2 hours = 62 hours /month. If you continue it for a year then 365days x 2 hour = 733 hours /year which is equivalent to 1 month. You can use this extra time to improve or upgrade your skills , health and lifestyle.

  • You can learn new things quickly.

Studies has proved that your brain is more focused, stable and productive between 5:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. . Between this time your brain can learn and store new information rapidly without much effort then any other time. So you can complete your most complex task of a day very quickly with less effort.

  • There will be no distraction.

Normally while working during day we have to face many distraction like phone calls, messages, chores, etc. but during morning their is less chance of distraction because less people are awake and those who are awake are busy with their work, so you can concentrate well.

  • You will be more positive.

When you start waking early you became more positive because your brain will feel that you are doing something good and different from other. Your thoughts are positive and you know that "we become what we think about ourself."

Tip to wake up early.

  • You have to prioritize sleep.
Getting a good night sleep is just as important as trying to waking up early. Figure out how much time your body needs in order to function. It means how many hours do you need to sleep per day without feeling like you need to take a nap". So it is about 8-9 hours for majority people to function fully. I had given sleep chart below to figure out how much sleep you need according to age.

  • Birth to 3 months   :- 14 to 17 hours
  • 4 to 11 months       :- 12 to 16 hours
  • 1 to 2 years            :- 11 to 14 hours
  • 3 to 5 years            :- 10 to 13 hours
  • 6 to 12 years          :- 9 to 12 hours
  • 13 to 18 years        :- 8 to 10 hours
  • 18 to 64 years        :- 7 to 9 hours
  • 65 years and older :- 7 to 8 hours

  • Remember your why.
You should have a reason and remember that "why you want to wake up early?" It can be anything like for doing exercise, good health, preparation for exam, etc. It will motivate you to wake up early everyday.

  • Stop drinking caffeine.
According to research " caffeine can take up to 10 hours to clear out from your bloodstream after drinking". So drinking coffee before 10 hours of going to bed can keep you awake and it will effect your sleep cycle.

  • Put your alarm far away.
By doing this you have to get up walk to alarm and turn it off in order to wake up in the morning and make sure you can hear it, especially if you have a problem with snoozing.

Conclusion

So if you want benefits you have to take appropriate amount of sleep that depend on your body.
